*2X Per week Training Sessions

*Team will participate in the Canadian Youth Basketball  League (CYBL) (www.cybl.ca), Sanction Ontario Basketball Games and Tournaments and 1 USA Tournament in April.

GRAND NATIONALS RESULTS - CLEVELAND

Hello Guys,

We would like to thank all the Parents and Players who travelled to Cleveland last weekend for the Grand National Tournament.

The Team came away with a winning record going 4-1 but missed out coming home with the Championship due to a few circumstances beyond our control. Its an unfortunate way to encounter our first loss of the AUU Season. Good Tournament Boys, You Guys are amazing when you play for each other on both ends of the court.

We would like to also thank Cullen, Javier and Sean for almost sweeping the "skillz" competition.
Cullen came up short in the 3 point contest with a few bad bounces. Javier won the trophy in the skills contest and Sean won the title in the dunk competition with an amazing "ESPN" Turning point Slam"!!

                SUMMER TRAINING & SKILL DEVELOPMENT

§  Training will be 8 weeks in length, every Monday from 8-10 pm

§  Coach Fitzroy will work with players to improve skill-set and overall

basketball IQ

➡  ↘  Some fundamental aspects of the game to be worked on:

ü Conditioning

ü Footwork

ü Dribbling

ü Shooting

ü Passing

ü One-on-One moves

NOTE:

 Players will be chosen to participate in a USA Tournament or the "Last Man Standing Tournament"

§  Cost of the two months Hardwood Kings Summer Training program will be $200.
